Not at all - your PhysiKit works perfectly well on its own, and plenty of people go through it that way. But sticking at anything is easier alongside people doing the same thing, which is why your condition's PhysiHub space comes bundled with every PhysiKit, free for life.

PhysiHub Plus is another optional next step, for those who want live classes and somewhere to keep building once they've completed their Toolkit modules.

PhysiHub is built for people living independently with neurological conditions - specifically those that we have created PhysiKit course for. Multiple Sclerosis is the one that's complete, so the MS space is open now and bundled with the MS PhysiKit. The Parkinson's PhysiKit is in development, with others to follow.

No. PhysiHub Plus stands on its own, so you can join for the live classes, the Q&As and the exercise library whether or not you own a PhysiKit.

What a PhysiKit adds is the structured program for your condition, plus your condition's own support space in PhysiHub, free for life. The library is built to follow on from the toolkits though, so the two do work best together.

Cancelling ends your PhysiHub Plus access only. Your PhysiKit course and your condition's support space stay yours for life either way.

You can cancel any time, with no lock-in. Your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't charge again after that. Cancel within the first 7 days and we'll refund you in full. After that we can't refund part-months or part-years.

It's built for people who already have the foundations from their PhysiKit toolkits, and it's sorted into categories so you can find what you need.

• Neuro Nuggets: tips and tricks relating to sensory systems, autonomic balance, or other specific neurological impairments, as an adjunct to your toolkit strategies.
• Focused Flexibility: specific stretches progressing from passive, to assisted, to active strength-at-length for each joint and muscle group. As well as whole-body mobility flows!
• Systematic Strength: progressive strength exercises sorted by muscle group (legs, arms and core), covering both bodyweight and gym-based variations.
• Building Balance: balance progressions that pick up where your PhysiKit leaves off, and build towards Complex Coordination.
• Complex Coordination: High-level skill-focused exercises relating to agility (walking, running, jumping, etc). 
• PhysiHub Exercise Classes: recordings of our group classes, so you can follow along in your own time.
