Our first case is a man who suffered from a cerebellar haemorrhagic stroke in his 50s. We detail his journey from diagnosis, our findings on assessment, and his progress so far with neurological rehab. Importantly, his story is a perfect example of when certain neurological symptoms masquerade as others.
